Alesia
Alesia
Alesia is the southernmost continent of Ulra. Located at the planet's south pole and encircled by a massive wall of ice, it remains isolated from the rest of the world. As of 1220 AU, the people of Alesia believe they are the only civilization on Ulra, while the inhabitants of the other continents are entirely unaware that Alesia exists.
Unlike the rest of Ulra, where The Ten are worshipped as the ruling gods of the world, Alesia remains under the influence of the Old Gods.

For centuries, this isolation has prevented meaningful contact between Alesia and the other continents. The continent's people believe themselves to be alone in the world. GeographyAlesia occupies the southernmost reaches of Ulra and is surrounded by a nearly impassable wall of ice. The continent experiences harsh climates, violent weather and long winters. The three principal deities worshipped throughout the continent are: Their influence remains far stronger here than anywhere else in the world. High StormsAlesia is regularly struck by supernatural storms known as High Storms. These storms are believed to be the result of the ongoing struggle between The Ten and the Old Gods for control over the continent. During a High Storm, immense amounts of divine energy are released into the world. The storms can reshape landscapes, empower individuals, alter magical effects and leave behind areas saturated with divine power. Many Alesians view the storms as sacred manifestations of their gods.
