Granny Honeylocust
Granny Honeylocust was the leader of The Lunar Grove, one of the most prominent covens of witches in Suvera.
Among all the members of the coven, Granny Honeylocust held a particularly close relationship with Shoshana Vex. She viewed Shoshana as her eventual successor and spent years grooming her to one day lead the coven.
Those plans came to an end when Shoshana fell in love with Charlie Bradford, married him, and gave birth to Caleb Bradford. As a result, Shoshana was excommunicated from the coven and forced to leave her home and family behind.
Despite publicly supporting the decision, Granny secretly maintained contact with Shoshana throughout the years. She continued to visit both Shoshana and Caleb, though she concealed these visits from the rest of the coven.
For many years, life within the coven continued as normal. This changed when a religious organization known as The Unbroken Family arrived in Lafayette Parish under the leadership of the self-proclaimed Witchfinder General, </nowiki>Léopold Dumont.
Initially, the coven believed the movement would pass. Instead, Dumont began systematically turning the population against witches, spreading fear throughout the parish while secretly hunting members of the coven.
The situation worsened when Auntie Gertrude Gillkens was captured. In an effort to save herself, she betrayed the coven and revealed its secrets to Dumont.
Armed with this knowledge, Dumont launched a devastating attack against The Lunar Grove. Many witches were killed, Granny's home was destroyed, and the surviving members of the coven were scattered.
In a final attempt to save those who remained, Granny unleashed a powerful wave of magic that shattered Dumont's forces and transported the surviving witches to safety.
The effort came at a terrible cost. Following the spell, Granny became completely unresponsive. Though she bore no visible injuries, her face was frozen in an expression of fear and agony, and none of the surviving witches could awaken her.
Her fate remains unknown.
