Champions possess the unique ability to breathe in [[Stormlight]].

When infused with Stormlight, Champions gain enhanced abilities and can rapidly heal injuries. The Stormlight is gradually consumed as their powers are used.

Stormlight can even heal injuries to the soul, like those created by [[Shardblades]].
